The North American Background Screening Consortium (NABSC) utilizes Consortium Third Party Administrators (TPAs) to perform background checks in accordance with the program policy. Consortium TPAs will transmit background screen expiration dates, update records, and assist contractors with FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) compliance.
